What your client sees

Not every client can read a set of drawings. In the model they stand on the drive, walk in the front door and go from room to room, upstairs and down. They see the size of each room and how the house sits on its site.

They see the build in order too: the foundations and the slab, the walls going up floor by floor, the roof, the windows and doors, then the finishes and the landscaping. When you talk them through the build, they have already seen it.

What to send us

• The drawings: the floor plans, the elevations (each side of the house), a section and the site plan. PDFs, photos of the paper drawings or hand drawn: any of them works.
• Photos of the site, if you can: one from the road, and from the site looking each way. They let us set the house on its real site.
• The finishes: the outside walls, the roof, the windows and doors, and the floors. Leave out anything not chosen yet.

Send them from your phone, in any order: photos, PDFs, drawings and notes. The model is back within two working days, usually the next day.
