What your client sees

The model shows the whole job in the room your client knows: their walls, windows and floor, with the new units, worktops, tiles and colours in place and the light coming in. They walk round it and see how it all fits before anything is ordered.

It also shows the work behind the walls: the strip-out, the new wiring and plumbing, the plaster and the floor, before the kitchen goes in. We do any other single room the same way, at the same price.

What to send us

• The room’s sizes: the length, the width and the ceiling height, and where the windows and doors are. A sketch with the sizes is enough.
• Photos of the room as it is now, if you can: one from each corner. They make the model look like the real room.
• The new design: the supplier’s plan if you have it, or the units, worktops, tiles, floor and colours. If the sink, cooker or radiators move, say where to.

Send them from your phone, in any order: photos, PDFs, drawings and notes. The model is back within two working days, usually the next day.
