Who we are
Pictur3d is a service of StartApp Solutions Limited, a company registered in Ireland (CRO 800360), in Swords, Co. Dublin. We make 3D walkthroughs of builders’ jobs. For anything about your data, email info@pictur3d.com or WhatsApp +353 83 362 2927.
What we hold
- Builders’ contact details: your name, your business name, your email and your phone, and the email and phone you choose to show your clients.
- Builders’ logos, if you add one.
- Photos and measurements of your clients’ homes, and the drawings, notes and quotes you send us with a job, to build its model.
- The models: the 3D walkthroughs we build from them, and a picture of each one.
- What keeps you signed in: one cookie on your phone or laptop, so you stay signed in to the portal. This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
Who can see the models
A model can only be opened with its own link. Each link is long and random, so it cannot be guessed, and it is not listed anywhere: not on this site, and not in search engines. Anyone you give the link to can open it, and pass it on.
What you send us for a job (the photos, measurements, drawings and quotes) is seen only by you and by us. It is never shown to your client.
Why we hold it
To build your models, send them to you, and keep in touch with you about them. The legal basis for this: [to confirm].
Where it is kept and who else handles it
Where the servers are: in Amsterdam, in the Netherlands, in the EU.
Other companies that handle the data for us: DigitalOcean hosts the website, its database, the files you send and their nightly backup, on its servers in Amsterdam. Zoho handles our email, in its EU region.

Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your data at any time: email info@pictur3d.com or WhatsApp +353 83 362 2927. Once it is deleted, the links to your models stop working.
