In a small room every choice shows: where the shower goes, what fits under the window, the tiles and the basin. In the model your client stands in the doorway of their own bathroom and looks round it finished, so you choose together before anything is ordered.

The stages show the job in order: the strip-out, the pipes and wiring moved, the plaster and the tiling, then the new bathroom.

What to send us

• The bathroom’s sizes: the length, the width and the ceiling height, and where the window and the door are. A sketch with the sizes is enough.
• Photos of the bathroom as it is now, if you can: one from each corner. They make the model look like the real room.
• The new design: the supplier’s bathroom plan if you have it, or the shower, bath, toilet, basin, tiles, floor and colours. If the toilet, the basin or the shower move, say where to.

Send them from your phone, in any order: photos, PDFs, drawings and notes. The model is back within two working days, usually the next day.
