What your client sees

The model shows your client the garden room you will build, at the end of their own garden and at its real size beside their house. They walk inside, see it furnished, and look back at their house from the door.

The stages show what they are paying for and never see: the concrete base, the floor and wall frames, the roof, the windows and doors, the cladding, the wiring and insulation, then the finishes and the deck.

What to send us

• The plan: the size of the room (width, depth and height), the doors and windows, and where it sits in the garden. The supplier’s plan, the planning drawings or your own sketch: any format works.
• Photos, if you can: the spot where it goes, and the back of the house from there. They make the model look like their own house.
• What gets built: the base, the outside, the roof, the glazing, and what the room is for.

Send them from your phone, in any order: photos, PDFs, drawings and notes. The model is back within two working days, usually the next day.
